Only records you approve in Records & History appear here, grouped by their selected bank. Previously approved clients without a selected bank appear under Needs bank. Revoking approval returns them to Pending without deleting their original Profiling records. Approval information is stored separately in this browser and website address; it does not automatically sync with other devices. Records and ID pictures are private—do not share exports publicly.
